The project for every type of Interior Decoration, and in every situation, is so followed personally by Marilena and is divided into three phases.

1 At the first meeting, she will present colour samples, present sketches, ideas, and review the portfolio.
If the meeting lasts one hour the consultaltion will be free, if it is over this time you will charged a consultancy fee for each hour. The estimate will be sent to the client by fax/letter/e-mail.

2 Secondly, Marilena will go through photos, sketches, books, ect, specifically to meet the needs of the client. The work in fact will never be repeated for anyone else.
The client must pay and the fee is not refundable. Paying the project is important for two reasons: it guarantees total commitment on both sides and it shows that the work is appreciated and not underestimated. Also because it is possible to change idea any time.

3 The decoration project is not priced by the square metre, but by the project. The third phase is that after the work has been presented and the client is happy for the project to go ahead, the client has to pay 50% of the fee in advance and the other 50% will be paid at the end of the project.

It is important to note that if the client wishes to make any changes, he/she will not be charged, before to start.
If the client wishes to make changes while the painting is being done, a fee will charged .
This is because it is considered new work and so will be calculated by the hour.
And now we start working...actually creating!

It is extremely important that the walls are clean and ready to be worked on before any work is started.
Marilena will start the work just after the contract is being signed.
You must inform Marilena if you have a limited budget .She will do her best to work within the limits.

If you are a Library, a Cultural Association, a Country House, a Beauty Farm etc.. and you want to offer something new, add some Decorating Courses ( even just summer courses) to your cultural programmes. You can book them here.
Courses available:

- Gold Leaf

- Decorations on fabric
- Decorations on ceramics
- Trompe d’oeil
- Oil Painting, Water Colours, Distemper and more

The courses cost 65 euros a month per person ( 2 hours a week) for children and adults.
For Farm Houses, Hotels and so on, intensive courses are available: contact me personally!

ONLY IN LOMBARDIA!!!
If you want my consulence for only one lesson, not more than two hours, you pay 60 euros for the call and the counseling (travelling expenses included). The number of people involved is not important.
